I'm aware of research by Michigan State University which claims that red tart 
cherries contain anthocyanins. (1) Do Bing cherries also contain anthocyanins?  
Also (2) do Bings contain allopurinal? (3) Do tart cherries contain 
allopurinal? (as an aside, I was wondering which ingredient within Bing 
cherries or tart-cherries OR BOTH relieves Gout pain but the latter is NOT my 
foremost question
