I was wondering how do you grow bacteria in blood agar? Does it grow 
at room temperature or does it need to be heated at a certain 
temperature?  How do  you tell when the bacteria is dead and what type 
of bacteria you have grown?  This information will help me a great 
deal with my science fair project.
